Every piece from us is carefully inspected, energetically cleansed, and securely packaged before it begins its journey to you. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. Once it leaves our hands, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its arrival. Standard domestic transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

Mother Earth does not mass-produce. Because every mineral and amulet in our collection is 100% natural and unique, please expect slight, beautiful variations in color, geometry, and internal landscape. The artifact you receive is hand-selected and destined for your specific frequency—no two pieces are ever identical.

We want you to feel a genuine connection with every piece you receive from us. If a crystal doesn't resonate with you, we are happy to offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your artifact must be in its original, undamaged condition and packaging. Feel free to email us why you are returning. We love feedback and wish to make things right.

We pack our artifacts with the utmost care to ensure they survive the journey. However, if a piece arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@thearcanavault.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged item and the original packaging so we can make it right.

Most artifacts within The Arcana Vault’s collection are rare, hand-selected curations. Due to their unique nature, once a piece is secured, it is often gone forever. However, we do occasionally restock our most sought-after manifestation and ritual tools.
